Bistro at Dougie’s offers an intimate dining experience in warm and cosy surroundings. The menu follows a set format of 8 courses (including coffee and petit fours) using locally sourced seasonal ingredients.

We have joined forces with Weaver’s Wines in Nottingham to offer an extensive and carefully crafted wine pairing to compliment every flavour alongside the menu.

Dietary preferences and requirements are easily accommodated along with likes and dislikes, all we ask is you provide advance notice before the booking so our chef can make the necessary preparations. Our Bistro menu changes on a monthly basis (so everything is fresh and in season – and it keeps you on your toes!)

Come and enjoy an evening with us where you can spoil yourself with local beers and try our fantastic wine list. If that’s not your thing we have a wide range of ciders, gins and other sprits to choose from.

We change our Bistro menu monthly to align our ingredients with the seasons and ensure we have the freshest produce always. It also doesn’t hurt to mix things up occasionally, and we do love to surprise you.

November: 20th & 21st

December: 4th, 5th, 11th, 12th, 18th & 19th
