I seriously have the best job in the world.

I am so incredibly lucky to get to try all of the delicious and contemporary inventions that emerge from Kirk’s imagination 😁. Today, was this amazing red cabbage and pear salad, dressed with a walnut emulsion, a tantalising and tastebud awakening pickled walnut with a dreamy, creamy stilton yoghurt. Heaven on a plate!
